You know you’re a wedding photographer, when you’re at one of your best friend’s weddings…not working…and you watch photographs unfolding all around you. You are acutely aware of the way the light dances with the shadows.

This doesn’t just happen at weddings for me. It happens everywhere, everyday… in the monotony of daily life, but being there while my friends “tied the knot”, I noticed it more than ever before.

I am so happy that they had the stellar Jaye Kogut Photography documenting their day, and that I manged to keep my camera in my bag for 90% of the day…. The iPhone… well, that’s a different story.
